How schedule my "fast walking" workout on my calendar instead of generic "run" sport? Or even my stretching session?

Hi All, I noticed that if I want plan a workout I can only select 9 sports

I would like to select different sports, like Indoor Cycling, Fast walking or table tennis, how could I do? Thank you

  • For Indoor cycling you create a bike workout. For all other types you use the Custom type. Stretching doesn't exist in Garmin Connect so you must log it as something else. What will you log it as in your watch? That is what decides what you should create the workout as. If you use Yoga then you should create a yoga workout. If something else then use Custom.
