Does redefining HR zones have any general impact on training and fitness analysis?

Hi all,

I'm new to the FR965 and love it so far. I don't like the pre-defined HR zones too much, so I would like to define my own. For example, make Z1 the more common 60-70%, etc. Now this begs the question - will this have any effect on other training and fitness analysis features aside from the zone distribution shown after a training session?
