Can't find goals button/garmin device on drop-down

I can not find goals on my drop-down menu on the garmin connect. Where is the goals button?

If you're referring go Garmin Connect Web (this forum) - Garmin Connect Goals

The last item listed on the sidebar

Or you can add it to your dashboard.
