New activity type for certain areas of work

I am a developer/coder and sit for long periods of time throughout the day. It would be great if there was a work activity that I can use to track stress levels and actual movement through work.  I know asking for a coding specific activity is a stretch. But it would be nice to have an activity for work, so the Garmin connect doesn't look like I'm dormant for 9 hours a day.
