I have a weird situation I want to share in case someone has a solution for. I own a Forerunner 255.
I went for a run today and the weather was really windy and cloudy. The GPS lost the signal while I was running but it reconnected straight after. This is already weird since it has never happened before and I was running on a usual route, so I assumed it happened due to the weather conditions.
When I synchronised the watch to the app, I was surprised to see that the route on the map was extremely wrong, I mean it looked more like a modern art paint than a route. But, all the details of the activity were correct, compared to another really similar activity I had.
Now, the weird part is that I checked the route on the "breadcrumbs map" of the watch and there it looked perfect.
So, why is the app showing an extremely incorrect route on the map while the one on the watch is perfect? Is there a way I can synchronise or upload the very same route shown in the watch?
