That message indicates that the .fit file is corrupt. It is unlikely that it is related to Garmin Express.

Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

• Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Thank you so much.
I can  import the activity now. But some data like calories seem to be wrong (39.906) and device says 865 calories.
And some dynamic bike data are missing but anyway  I am happy, everything else is right.

Calories fixed - 2023-09-17-09-00-00-calories-fixed.fit

To upload this one, you'll need to delete the other repaired file, otherwise you'll get "This file has already been uploaded."
