Corrupt Open Water Swim File

My garmin 735XT won't upload an open water swim file from my half iron man yesterday. The bike and run uploaded fine.

I can see it in the watch history abslutley fine.

I tried a manual upload but I get:

"We don't support the file type you tried to import."

Can anyone help?

Do you have the entire fit file from the watch, with all the sessions?

I am not sure how to access an entire FIT file with all activities.

I recorded the Run and Bike as separate activities, so they are separate FIT files.

Let me know if this is what you mean.

The Open Water fit file (the only one that didn't sync) is attached above. I can't see the activity but I assume it is as it is the only FIT file that is unrecognised by Garmin Connect.

These are the 3 fit files for the 3 activities (2 are recognised and have synced)

Let me know which Garmin folder to find any other fit file you need

Typically, to record a triathlon activity using a Garmin multisport capable watch, you'd use the multisport activity profile on the watch, which would upload to Garmin Connect as a single fit file. -

Then when viewed in Garmin Connect it shows and is viewed as a multi-sport activity.

Yes, I didn't use the triathlon activity function, partly due to not wanting to lose the data! and not being familiar with it
