Account Blocked - forgot password doesn't work

Hi at all

My account Garmin Connect has been blocked, because I insert some password wrong.

So, if I use the link "forgot password" I don't get any emails, not even in junk mail

Has this ever happened to you ?

    It's possible that the email you entered is not registered as a Garmin account. Also, you will get no indication if you enter the wrong email address just "If the email address you entered matches one we have on file, we will send you a temporary password."

    Most systems have account lockout policies involving repeated password attempts in a given amount of time. If you're still locked out, I suggest contacting Garmin Product Support directly, as they would be best able to assist you.
