Activity not uploading to Garmin Connect

Hi,

I did a 70.3 at the weekend and the file is not syncing with my Garmin Connect, which typically means the file is corrupt. I have tried repairing it and uploading but the file upload say it has already been uploaded and shows like a 30,333km activity across water and different countries which is definitely not what I did!

Would love some help please!

This will work - [solved]

Make sure to delete the activity that already uploaded. Otherwise, you'll get the "This file has already been uploaded" message.

Attach the original fit file to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Thanks for this!! How do I delete the already uploaded file as I'm not seeing any options how and it is not showing in my activities to delete.

Are you getting the error that it is already uploaded? If you are, then go to the activity listing - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities

Select the activity you want to delete, then click the delete button...

If you're not getting the error, then nothing to worry about.
