Swimrun not uploading all data

Hi,

Can someone help with this please?

I complete a multi stage swimrun but it hasn't recorded all the data, only the overall time and distance. Reading some of the posts it looks like it needs running through a fit tool repair. any chance someone can help ?

Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device…

Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Check for firmware updates using Garmin Express

HRM-Pro, Pro Plus, Tri, and Swim will sometimes corrupt activity fit files

Use the HRM download feature only after an activity where it was not possible to wear the watch
Update the HRM firmware Updating Software on the HRM-Pro/Pro Plus
During the HRM-Pro download process keep the strap and watch in close proximity
If issues persist even after the firmware update, contact Garmin Support

Hi seilogramp thank you that fixed file has uploaded and all good except for a bit of data not quite right for two swims, guess that was the GPS issue, that's swimming tight to the headland in Cornwall UK for you.
