I utilized my new Instinct Solar for a span of two weeks, during which everything functioned smoothly. Consequently, I am confident in its operational efficacy.
Furthermore, I am also in possession of a Venu SQ 2. I disassociated the Venu SQ 2 from my phone's Bluetooth connection and uninstalled all related Connect software.
However, following a week where the Instinct was "not" synchronized, it ceased to generate sleep scores. The watch continues to accurately record sleep data such as start and stop times, REM, light, deep, and awake stages. Regrettably, the Connect web software no longer displays the Sleep Score.
I have undertaken a reset of the watch to its default settings and verified that the Power Saver/During Sleep feature is deactivated.
My current assumption is that the Connect website is failing to calculate sleep score data, despite the presence of this information within the system.
