Is there any way to export the self-evaluation along with the other activity stats?

A large number of activity stats can easily be exported from Garmin Connect. However, I would like to also export the self-evaluation stats along with the rest of the data. Is there any way to do this?

  • And I do have the same question for menstrual cycle data incl. symptoms. Is there any way to export the data?

  • I am no aware of any simple way to export the self-evaluation values - a quick check of the background JSON data did not reveal where they are stored. It looks like they are not stored in the same data structures as the remaining data. It would require some deeper debugging of the JavaScript code to find out.

I do not have menstrual data in my account, so cannot tell for sure, but if you open the Menstrual Cycle data in the Reports section of Garmin Connect web (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/report/-16/womens-health/last_twelve_cycles), there might be the export icon at the top right of that page, just as it is on all other pages of the Reports section.

  • Thank you for your reply. And no, there is no export button for menstrual data (I do see it for other data though...)

It is really a pity, for me as a woman it would be extremely interesting to compare my menstrual data with my 'perceived effort' (self-evaluation) and actual running stats to be able to optimise my training. But for a normal person (who is quite handy with Xls) there seems to be no way to do this... :-(
