Steps do not appear on either the record page or on the edit page

In Personal Records, Steps do not appear on either the record page or on the edit page -- they are just gone. The other records show up (Running, Cycling, etc). I've turned phone on and off; deleted app and reinstalled it. App is the latest version iOS is also latest version. Other options to fix this?

I do not know what you mean by the Edit page, but the Personal Records page will only show new records in steps, if you surpassed the old ones.

Turning the phone off, or reinstalling the app has no impact on Garmin Connect Web. If you are not aware of it, you are posting to the subforum dedicated to the web interface (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/). There are also subforums for the Android and IOS apps, if you meant those.

If you are missing old records, then a possible reason might be, that you accidentally created a new account, and hence have access only to the data in the new account. If it is that case, remove the watch from the account, sign out, and sing in back into your original account.
