Ultra race .fit file won't upload to Garmin connect but I see it on my watch, any help appreciated!

I'm not sure why it's corrupt and I'm not in a financial position right now to buy the full license for Mathias repair tool. Can anyone help I'd be so grateful!

I was wearing my Garmin HRM Pro strap. I started the activity in Ultra Run mode and then loaded my event course into that. No idea what happened but it's my longest run so far and I'd love to see my splits, etc.

Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Check for firmware updates using Garmin Express

HRM-Pro, Pro Plus, Tri, and Swim will sometimes corrupt activity fit files

Use the HRM download feature only after an activity where it was not possible to wear the watch
Update the HRM firmware Updating Software on the HRM-Pro/Pro Plus
During the HRM-Pro download process keep the strap and watch in close proximity
If issues persist even after the firmware update, contact Garmin Support
