fit file not uploading to garmin connect

Hello

I am having issues uploading a fit file ( multi sport triathlon) to garmin connect, or strava. Will not sync, I believe it is corrupt but cant find a solution.

What were the distances and times supposed to be?

transition 12min walk

bike 180km

transition 6min walk

run 42.2km
