How do I track progression in strength training? I can create training programs but I can't find a view to view progression over time.

How do I track progression in strength training? I can create training programs but I can't find a view to view progression over time. This could be I kg, reps or other variables, but those to are the most used. 

Apps like Trainerize show last reps and kg and also personal best. But I prefer not to have even more apps :)
