No data for an interval of about two years

Hello folks,

in my Garmin connect I cannot see any data in the period from 2014 to 2016.

The last registered activity in 2014 and the first registered in 2016 are with the same device: forerunner 310xt.

I used to sync that device regularly.

I've already checked for duplicate accounts with no results.

Any idea on what could be happened?

Hi, since it sounds like an account issue, it's probably best to contact Garmin Support.
