Inconsistent Units for Swimming, when sync with TP

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with Garmin, and I'm not sure if it's related to the watch or the Garmin Connect  itself. Therefore, I'm posting about it in both forums.

The problem is that I received my weekly training calendar from my coach, and all the units for the swimming sessions are set in meters in the TrainingPeaks (TP). The TP syncs with Garmin, however, when I check the steps or total distance I need to cover (before starting the activity), it displays the units in yards on the Garmin watch and Garmin Connect.

Could someone please help me with this issue and suggest a solution?

    Guys,

    Never mind, already found out the issue.

    So it seems that you have to select the pool length also in TP. The default is 25yds. If you change it to meters, then the activity Syncs right.
