The last set was a short cycle, 4 sets of stairs and a short walk.

I end the last set by pressing the lap button (the bottom right-sided one).I usually go into rest mode for a few minutes, then I press stop workout (upper right-sided button), and then save. Any idea of how to contact Garmin Support?

Exactly. I don't enter a score. I just hit lap, then pause then stop then save.
