Hello world, who can help me with a corrupted file for the Garmin EDGE 530

Technically, it's not corrupt because it uploads without errors to Garmin Connect. The file is missing some GPS data where it appears there was no signal between 3.6 and 8.8 km, indicated by the straight line.
In this case, is it possible to restore that missing portion of 5.2 km?
