In Garmin Connect, I can't "Add Event" because the Location field is stuck in red.
Chat support was not able to help and hung up on me part way into the session. I've tried Chrome browser and Brave browser, same result. Support said I need to add a postal code and gave me one for a mountain 3 hours away from my event's real location, that worked for a moment. I clicked to back key to delete and enter a location closer to my event. As soon as I deleted one character the field turned red and remained red no matter what I did. I tried re-entering the address given by support and it no longer worked.
Using the support sample I entered a city, province, postal code nearer my event. Typing the first key made the location field turn red. completing the address did not help, it remained red.
Location is a required field. As long as this does not work I can't add any event.
