Corrupt FIT file - help please

Hello,

I retrieved an accidentally deleted actvity from my Garmin Edge computer, but it will not upload to Garmin Connect. I've tried FIT File Tools without success. Please could someone tidy up the file? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fviJdEP_8eDreGZs6fYA1AxgyEIhrXK6/view?usp=sharing thank you

care to tell the story how it came to this recovered fit file

it helps with 'tidying up' the file, less guessing

Hi, I connected my Garmin to my Mac and used TechDisk. Thanks for looking into it.

That's how I recovered the FIT.file after inadvertenly discarding the actibity instead of saving it post-ride
