Hi, that's curious, they are still working for me on the Garmin Connect website and the Android app (my indoor rides have 6 Connect IQ data charts, and outdoor have 13).
If they are showing okay in the mobile app, then I wonder if it's an issue with your web account or even your browser? Especially if they've disappeared from past activities.
If the usual clearing of browser caches / trying other browsers / devices / web connections doesn't work, maybe Garmin Support could check your account. It might just be a temporary issue on the server too.
Well, all the CIQ data for the graphs is included in the JSON structure "details", so I do not know what is the reason the graphs do not display. Perhaps the extremely high number of graphs could be the reason - that's the main apparent difference that I see, when comparing to my own activities that display the CIQ graphs all right. Then there are some console errors that I do not see on my activities, but those could be also caused by the very slow and often dropping Internet connection I am momentarily using.
Debugging the JavaScript data parser would reveal the reason better, but it is a tedious work, and right now I cannot do it. Perhaps, BunBun! could spot something. I'll not be able to look at it in the next days, until I get back and have a stable network connection. I recommend contacting the Support and reporting it to them, including the link to the activity, and perhaps also attaching screenshots both from the GC app and from GC web, so that they see the difference quickly, better understand the problem, and forward it to the right developer team.
Below, there is the list of all the metrics included in the activity data - there are 40 of them, which is a rather huge number. Typically it is around 15. I abbreviated the JSON structure for briefness, and included only a single set of the numeric values (there are 1675 of them in the structure)

in the GC activity click on the power wo++ datafield
Ok I see the same issue with this activity, Connect IQ charts show up in app (Android) but not on web.
Good idea from trux to try disabling apps/fields to see if there is a trigger. Were there any new devices/sensors you added, or additional things you started logging that you weren't previously (like optional HRV logging, increased recording rate / 1-second recording, etc)?
With my Edge 530 I currently have 29 parameter charts, 13 of them from Connect IQ apps (4 apps), and have had issues in past where certain combinations of devices and apps where "too much" and something stopped working. In my case though it stopped working on the device itself (data field went blank with only a Connect IQ icon). Since yours still seems ok on-device and it's specifically the Garmin Connect website that's affected, but not the mobile app, then maybe it doesn't like something in the FIT file. If you can identify an app / parameter / sensor that trips it, it might help find a solution with the app's developer and/or Garmin Support.
great write up
in the GC activity click on the power wo++ datafield ... gone with the wind
so perhaps removed datafield or it was a test version and GC can not find the related data it needs to visualize the dev data
Power WO++ is a beta DF, probably you can't access it on the store.
I realized now that my girlfriend has the same problem and she doesn't use it. The only common DF is Stryd Zones. I will try to remove it.
Thank you for your suggestion.
I'll keep you up to date.
