Different Elevation from RWGPS, after importing to Garmin connect and Actual Elevation after the Ride all 3 are different.

Hi, need to know why Ride with GPS File shows one Elevation, after importing same file into Garmin connect shows different elevation and after the Ride it shows another elevation. it has to be software glitch. you need to have a fix for it. it is very deceiving.
