unable to view burned calories graph

hi when o try to open burn calories graph i can't see nothing.

App report me a strange error "link account failed".

I use Forerunner 255 and android device (i don have other sync or missing data problem. i tried to reinstall app several times)

This is the forum for Garmin Connect Web, but you seem to be speaking about the Android app. Did you try looking at the data on Garmin Connect Web, is it visible there?

sorry for misunderstanding, the problem is obviously present on Garmin Connect Web.

The strange thing is that I am not connected to MyFitnessPal, but the garmin web application reports an error at the top of the page that says "Disconnected The MyFitnessPal account is no longer connected to the Garmin Connect account."

I also tried to reactivate a MyFitnessPal account to try to join it but without success, the join is not successful.

Regardless, is it possible for you to take action to eliminate any remaining connection with MyFitnessPal? My side, not seeing a join, I can't disconnect in a managed way...

You are on a user forum, and we do not have any access to your account here. You can post a screenshot of the Calories In/Out page, that may perhaps better illustrate the problem. For anything other than an advise from fellow users, you need to contact the Support directly at https://support.garmin.com.
