Is there a way to report someone other then their profile?

I recently tried blocking this psycho from garmin and yet he keeps trying to add me again and again. He keeps making new accounts to try to add me again. Is there a way to permanently block these people?

If he permanently creates new accounts, then not. Report him to the Support
