Is it possible to export csv file of my heart rate?

I would like to export a csv file (or json if not possible) with the heart rate data stored in my watch. Not the mean values, but the series of all the days.

Is it possible? Thanks a lot

You can export it in the FIT file format (on the Daily Summary page), or you can access the JSON data with browser's DevTools (F12). On the Network tab, enter the search expression "dailyHeartRate" to find it.
