Unwanted Email invites to view activities

How do I stop receiving unwanted emails for invites to view a live activity from a previous friend I no longer want any contact with?

you should be able to disconnect from them, and also block them from the link above!

Blocking a user hides all your data from this person, except in Groups or Challenges you are in together. It also prevents future requests or invitations from the user.
