I just started using my Garmin Forerunner 735XT for workouts and I was really excited about it, especially because I'm a swimmer. I did a swim workout yesterday for about 30 minutes and swam about 1200 m. It felt like a solid cardio workout. However, when I went to check my watch it reported only 47 calories burned, so I'm confused. Is it really possible that I only burned that little? Or is it because I was using a preloaded workout that it calculated it differently? Or is there something else funky going on?
Any tips or help would be appreciated!
