Hello. my 10 year old son is having sleep problems. The doctor suggested he wears my Vivosmart 5 at night to help him get some metrics. His data is making mine distorted. Can i remove his sleep data, or set up another user for this device?

set up another user for this device?
This could be problematic, mainly due to Garmin's privacy policy.
We request individuals under the age of 13 in the U.S. and under the age of 16 in the rest of the world not provide personal data to Garmin. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13 in the U.S. or under 16 in the rest of the world, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
Other than that, Garmin's watches are designed to be 1 user per device. Maybe consider one of Garmin's watches made for children. - Kids Fitness Trackers | Smartwatches for Kids | Garmin
If the doctor just needs this data for a brief period, then his sleep data will gradually become less of a factor and eventually disappear from your own metrics.
