I see that Garmin has entered the training plans programmed for gravel. I would be happy if Garmin also thought about cross country (XC), with a dedicated plan.
You might say there is a cyclocross one available but I tried it and it's not functional, not even for cyclocross.
Cross country also requires long bike rides and strength training with weights and core.
For cyclocross you need the same things plus getting off the bike and getting on the bike exercises.
It is not enough just to pedal as many might think, as is the case for training on a racing bike for long distance races. Cross country and cyclocross races are explosive races lasting just over an hour, so the workouts that Garmin should include and integrate into its Connect offer must go in that direction otherwise they're useless.
