"You haven't earned any badges" / "No available badges".

I have these messages on my iPhone app. It started yesterday. I have tried logging off and on again, and hard booted my iPhone.

On the web version I am shown, correctly, as having 711 points and loads of badges!

Any ideas?

Have you checked that you use the same account in both the web and app?

What does it look like in the app? Can you post screenshots?

I had checked that. The issue either resolved itself by this morning, or admin picked up my post and intervened. All back now.
