bike trails no longer on map

It's been awhile since I have plotted a course on Garmin Connect. I think there used to be a way to toggle bike trails on and off but I can't find it. Are trails no longer on the maps? Seems strange since they are on Open street maps.

It's a option on Google maps but not on OSM. Since the Garmin uses OSM, I prefer not to use Google maps. The route planning feature on Connect seems to have gone downhill.
