Is Garmin Connect web currently down?

I can open Garmin Connect web but can't seem to action any of the menus. Is it down at the moment as all my other web pages work fine.

Works for me and status is green.

Thanks, seems like I have an issue with my cursor arrow changing to the hand which allows me to open and close drop down menus.

I am having problems. It won't allow me to disconnect a third party app in order to reboot it as it wasn't syncing.
