Where can I find RHR (Recovery Heart Rate) / HRR (Heart Rate Recovery) data on Garmin Connect? Where can I find it on my watch after a run? Why is it a 2 minute RHR / HRR instead of the more standard 1 minute RHR / HRR metric? Thanks.

It's not shown in Garmin Connect for every watch, but it is saved to the activity file. You can use the free site https://www.runalyze.com, which syncs with your Garmin Connect account. If you recorded a recovery heart rate for an activity, it will show the HR at the start of the 2 minute period, and the difference between the values at the end and start.

I don't think you can, although for the benefit of anyone reading this who might be unfamiliar with the feature:

    - on certain older watches, recovery heart rate would be automatically determined after saving a run

    - on current watches, you have to select "Recovery HR" from the pause menu before saving your run
