Goals on Garmin Connect Web

If possible, I would try going to  https://connect.garmin.com/modern/goals/active from the web browser on your phone while on cell data (not wi-fi). Thereby, narrowing down the issue whether there is something wrong with your account or your local network, ISP, or DNS.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it happens on LTE as well as connected to WIFI, across chromeOS and Windows as well

Must be your account then. I'm unable to replicate this issue. Do you have many goals listed under "active?"

At least several actives goals currently...I know I have goals listed in ACIVE, FUTURE, and PAST because I've been following them religiously for the last few years, but now when I go into any of the GOALS sub-areas, all I get is the swirling logo....same issue that user Ken Stitt was having

For me it is disappointing because I use Goals all the time for my training.

Hi Ken. I`m in UK and have same problem. Will not load on mobile or local wi-fi, circle of doom spinning round and round. Can`t view past, current or future goals even though able to create new ones.
