Same here, on all the goal options, current, past and future, using safari and opera, wifi and phone data, the goals dashboard works but not the main goals page.
Same issue for me. I'm in Canada and have used this feature faithfully for years to track my progress. It doesn't work with Safari or Chrome, and I have Active, Past and Future goals set up.
