The Tacx NEO 2T will not work for this Badge.

The 2T will give you power but you'll need to record L/R Balance data for this badge and that will only come w/having power meter pedals.

The linked support page says:

"L/R power balance data will only upload into Garmin Connect from a Garmin watch or Edge cycling computer paired to a Tacx NEO 2, NEO 2T, NEO Bike, or NEO Bike Plus smart trainer."
