Hi!
Using my Garmin Forerunner 945, I ran a pretty cool "daily suggestion" training workout a couple of weeks ago, that I would like to simply run again. Fyi, it's a "Sprint" workout that requires keeping a certain pace and is locked in at 45mins, so there is no sense in "racing" it - as you could using the "race previous activity" feature. I'm not trying to beat my best or chase a shadow, I'd simply like to run this activity again, including all its steps. Does anyone know how to do this? It feels like I'm missing the obvious here and would really appreciate it if someone could please give me a push in the right direction.
