Switch from Withings to Garmin

Hi,

is there any way to transfer ALL data from Withings Healthmate to Garmin Connect? I can't find any way to import data. I use a Withings Scale and Fitnesstracker for several activities. I'm thinking about switching to Garmin for better compatibility between my Apps but I don't want to lose all of my records. All I could find were guides on how to sync the scale with the app, but I want export from Withings, import to Garmin and never look back.

It's been years since I've moved from withings, but you should still be able to do it. From your Withings profile page click on "Download My Data." Once complete, you'll receive an email from Withings with a link to recover your data as a CSV file.

Then take a look at the formatting and importing procedure here - I can't still import weight data

That's what 'm looking for, but how can I import the file(s)? I want to check if Garmin can handle Activity data too before switching.

Searching through the forums, some threads look promising, but have not tested lately.
