If you get any message other thanImport Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert>>Image/video/file>>click Upload>>browse for file>>OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
More difficult, but you'd have to use the web browser of your phone. If this is for a Forerunner 35, almost guaranteed it's a corrupt activity .fit file.
Yes, but likely it is corrupt. At least you'll be able to post your fit file here, or you can try to repair on your own using something like https://www.fitfiletools.com/
Like I said, it's much more difficult, especially if you've never done it and no idea if possible on your Moto E20. If you can wait to find a PC to use, I would do that.
