Generating a report for a programmed running workout improvement over time

I've searched the forums and feel like i'm 90% there but I'm missing something. How do I generate a report for a running workout so I can compare workout time improvements?

In Dec I created a running workout called "5K" which has an open warmup, workout for 5000m, open cooldown. I've been doing this workout 3-4 times a week, and would like to generate a report to see how my workout segments have improved. I always run at the same track, but I didn't save it as a course. I could go back and add it though.

  • A Course won't help you in any way. It is useful just for the navigation. You'd need to create a Segment on given track, if you want to see the ranking of your individual runs, on the same segment. You will then need to reparse all past runs, in order to detect the newly created Segment.

    Other than that, you can also use the Reports section of GC Web, and especially the many different options under the Progress Report.
