I started Coach Amy's half marathon training program around the same time as a friend. 2 weeks in, my friend got programmed negative split and stride runs. I have only been programmed "Easy Runs"/"Tired Runs" at a pace 1:30-2:00 slower than my goal pace for every single run. The only thing that changes is the distance. I am getting very frustrated and frankly bored with the program as it hasn't given me anything other than steady pace, slow runs. Is there a bug with my program? Does anyone know how to fix this without having to start over?
