You can see it in Garmin Connect relatively easily, and it is documented on Garmin's Support website:

App Diagnostics is hidden and not intuitive.
The main complaint is that the App Did not Display on the web and ended up causing the majority of the issues.
There is Zero visibility as to why there is a different between what assumably is an iframed website in an app and the app through the browser.
Additionally, no delay or "undo" with something so precious as literally all of your data is bad form.
Having a 24-48 hour delay before deletion is more than reasonable, on top of having expected email notifications of said deletion.

On Android, that you wrote you used, It is in the Device Sync Audit. It is in no way hidden, and the email address is on the very first line of the audit

Otherwise, I recommend sending your suggestions to Share Ideas | Garmin. Here on the user forum, it is rather unlikely anyone from Garmin will see it. You should also contact the Support and see whether they could restore your account from the backup.
