Edge 830
Edge 830 does not support the feature of Intensity Minutes. In order to have your IM counted during cycling you have several options:

This is not true. I only cycling (not running, not walking etc) and always use 830 for activities for last 2 year. FR935 used 24…
Maybe a workaround that garmin could apply is to make this calculation after data analysis/import then it will be displayed on WEB portal ?
The data is here, just need to process it after upload…

This is not true. I only cycling (not running, not walking etc) and always use 830 for activities for last 2 year. FR935 used 24\7 except when cycling, I always take them off in this time.
And IM whole whis time - it's "facepalm" random.
All activtities looks like:

Yes, it is true. You get IMs for the time you wear the watch only (regardless whether you log an activity or not), they do not come from the Edge.
Got same behaviour with Edge 520 associate to the HR Belt.
To fix it, i need to wear and sure my watch is listenning (sometime, i've to force it). - VEnu 2.

The data is here, just need to process it after upload/synchronisation.
Thought ?

I am afraid that won't happen. The policy of Garmin goes into the exact opposite way - moving all processing from the servers to the devices, which is comprehensible, because processing the data for millions of devices centrally, increases the needs of server resources, and the cost enormously. However, the last generation of Edge computers already does support the IM feature, and we can expect that a future generation of HRM's will do so too. So I'd rather suggest upgrading your Edge to a newer model, if IMs are important to you. Or using your watch simultaneously.
