I have recently bought a Garmin watch, after having used a Samsung Galaxy Watch for several years. Unfortunately, Garmin does not seem to offer any tools to migrate one's data from Samsung Health to Garmin Connect. (Which I find strange, because that would probably be in their interest.)
As I did not want to lose all my runs and stuff, I wrote three Python scripts that allow importing much (but not all) of the data. I thought I would share this here. You can find it on GitHub.
