Hey all!
I just started the Garmin Coach feature with Jeff this week on Monday to train for 1/2 marathon and I set Friday as my long run day. I was set to run 1 mile today.
As a test, I changed my long run day to a different day, then back. My long run for today increased to 2 miles.
I tested this out again, moved my long run day to a different day to a different week day, and then back to today (Friday). My long run distance increased to 3 miles. I did that again, and again, it increased to 4 miles.
Is there any way I can undo this mess and go back to what I was supposed to run today (1 mile), or do I just have to start the training again from scratch and hope I never have to move my long run days?
