Laps not indicated on map

I ran two laps on a 400m course and the map on Garmin Connect only shows one circle. I've clicked the "Laps" box on the map, yet is still only shows one lap. I did the same thing on the Connect App and it shows two lap markers, but only displays a popup box with the lap stats and does not show any different in the course that was run.

I'm looking to get the colored speed bars displayed for each lap. It appears each program (online version and the app) only show colored speed bars for the entire run which is useless. Is there any way to toggle the different laps so that the speed bars correctly indicated the faster and slower portions of my run around the track for EACH separate lap? Thanks!

  • Thank you for responding. My map actually does show the colored bars that indicate my pace. It also shows the two lap markers. But one of the laps is laid perfectly on top of the other lap so that I can't tell which lap the colored bars refer to. I had initially assumed that by clicking on each lap marker that the colored bars would change to show my pace on the chosen lap. But instead, clicking on the lap markers only pops up a summary box showing some minor stats.

Ironically, Garmin's Track Run feature allows the gps track to get more accurate with use. So in the past, the two laps were not on top of each other.
