Corrupted Garmin Fit File

I am getting this message: "The upload appears to be malformed and we are unable to process it."

It is really important for me to get this uploaded, any fixes? I see a lot of threads on this subject and things getting fixed, but can't seem to figure it out... I am on a Mac if that matters

You can try using FIT File Tools, which is OS agnostic. Use the section remover without any adjustments. If that doesn't work, please attach the fit file to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

I used that link and it seems to only show a few miles? I know the garmin was on and recording - should be 32 miles
