Corrupt fit file on Mac

Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me.

I have a corrupt fit file from a 1.9km open water swim.

I've tried to use online tools that are available to Mac without any success.

Is there anyone out there that can help?

Not sure about the cadence alerts. Did not intentionally set them up.
